SENIOR MANAGER, EMEA SALES ENABLEMENT

organizations around the world. We?re seeking a Senior Manager,
Sales Enablement to join our team, focused on the EMEA markets. If you

In this role, you will be responsible for our EMEA sellers learning
and development in order to drive revenue growth. You?ll be
supported by a larger team in AMER but will be doing a lot of
collaborative work in EMEA to exceed the needs of our sellers in the
market.
HERE?S WHAT YOU?LL BE DOING:

Create a vision & roadmap for EMEA Salesforce.org enablement that
aligns with the broader Salesforce.org team and the company?s growth
objectives
*
Lead all EMEA specific enablement initiatives - from content creation
to delivery to measurement. You must be versatile enough to write a
strategy document one hour and create a detailed survey for a session
the next hour.
*
Be respected by the local leadership as a trusted advisor who will
help them get to their growth targets
*
Display strong program management skills: from building sprint plans,
work back plans, and overall strategy plans to delivering on on
reporting metrics for your programs
*
Build session learning briefs, holding session dry runs, and providing
real-time feedback to verify each speaker?s aptitude for delivery
*
Be an advocate for what sales needs to cross functional teams when it
comes to enablement delivery
*
Strive for continuous improvement by identifying areas of opportunity
and by providing continuous feedback and coaching to all session
speakers
*
Thrive in a fast moving environment where change is constant and
welcomed - you need to be swift and agile without losing focus on the
vision / core tenants
*
Help plan and manage Salesforce.org enablement events as needed (e.g.
SKO / Summer Camp)
REQUIREMENTS:
*
Solid sales enablement experience for large scale B2B organizations
*
Bachelor?s degree required, MBA preferred
*
Big 4 consulting, product marketing, &/or go to market experience
is welcomed
*
Fluency in English - additional language is welcomed
*
CRITICAL THINKING : Distilling company strategy, operating unit growth
objectives, and local regional seller needs into a strategy and
execution plan. You need to think **Apply on the website**-steps ahead
as you design the right learning programs
*
ACCOUNTABILITY: The ideal candidate realizes that sales teams invest
only in training that produces business outcomes, and, as such, has a
strong sense of accountability. Everything you do must have an
ultimate impact on revenue. It must be easy to use and not take away
from protected selling time. Learning is something they should look
forward to.

INFLUENCING SKILLS: You need to have a point of view on adult learning
best practices and the conviction that influences action across
multiple audience segments. For example, you?ll need to have the
presence and impact to communicate strategy & execution plans to to
executives, or ?herd cats? at on cross functional teams to execute
on work plans

PROGRAM MANAGEMENT - be able to take ambiguous goals and turn them
into execution plans; familiarity with agile methodology is helpful
*
TEAM PLAYER - Positive personality, a team-player attitude with a
willingness to jump in to help the team where needed
